About these terms

These terms apply when you book or attend a session with PsychSphere through this website. By making a booking, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us at psychsphereorg@gmail.com before booking.

Our services

PsychSphere provides online psychology and wellness sessions delivered by qualified practitioners. Sessions are supportive and therapeutic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, and our psychologists do not prescribe medication.

Not for emergencies

Our service is not designed for emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call Tele-MANAS at 14416 (Free, 24×7, all India) or your nearest emergency service straight away.

Booking and payment

When you submit a booking, you are sending a request for a session at your preferred day and time — this does not reserve or guarantee that slot. We check availability and come back to you with an exact confirmed time, usually within a few hours.

Payment is not collected at the time you submit a request. Once your session time is confirmed, we send you UPI payment details, and your booking is complete once payment is received.

Please make sure the contact details you give us are correct, as we use them to confirm your session time, send payment details, and share the session link.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your session, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Where a session is cancelled well in advance, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule or refund. Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may affect future bookings.

For any cancellation or refund question, contact us at psychsphereorg@gmail.com.

Confidentiality

What you share in your sessions is treated as confidential, within the limits of professional and legal obligations. There are rare situations — such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else's — where a practitioner may need to act on what is disclosed. Your psychologist can explain these limits at the start of your work together.

Your responsibilities

To get the most from an online session, please join from a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection, and at the time you booked. Sessions are for your personal use and should not be recorded or shared without agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
