What we collect, and what we never will.

Last updated August 2026.

Who we are

PsychSphere is an independent psychology and mental-wellness practice offering online counselling and related sessions. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PsychSphere. If you have any question about how your information is handled, contact us at psychsphereorg@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you book a session or contact us, we collect the details you give us directly: your name, mobile number, email address (if you provide one), the service you choose, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the optional notes field.

We ask you not to share detailed clinical or crisis information through the booking form. It is not a secure channel for sensitive disclosures — those belong in your session with your psychologist.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are made directly by you through UPI, and we only record whether a session has been paid for.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to arrange and deliver the session you have asked for: to confirm your booking, to contact you about it, to send you the session link, and to keep a record of your appointments and payments.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent

By submitting a booking, you consent to us processing the details you provide for the purpose of arranging your session. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, though we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it.

Who can see your information

Your booking details are visible to the practice's authorised staff and to the psychologist involved in your care. They are stored on secured infrastructure with access controls in place.

We use trusted service providers to run this website and store data (for example, our hosting and database providers). They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking and session records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet any legal or professional record-keeping obligations that apply to a psychology practice. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email psychsphereorg@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This is not an emergency service

If you are in crisis or at immediate risk, please do not wait for an appointment. Call Tele-MANAS at 14416 (Free, 24×7, all India) or contact your nearest emergency service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
