For psychologists who want time to think.

Manageable caseloads, supervision that happens, and admin we handle so you don't.

Working here

Why people stay.

A caseload you can hold

We cap how many clients each psychologist carries. Volume targets produce burnt-out clinicians and poor therapy, in that order.

Supervision that actually happens

Regular case discussion with senior colleagues, scheduled rather than squeezed in when someone has a spare hour.

The admin isn't yours

Scheduling, reminders, payments and follow-ups are handled by the practice. You prepare for sessions and hold them.

Work from where you are

Sessions are online. Hours are agreed with you rather than handed to you, within our Monday to Saturday window.

Roles

Roles we take applications for.

We're a small practice, so there isn't always an open seat. We read every application and keep good ones on file — if something opens up, these are the people we contact first.

  • Supervised clinical hours, or an RCI registration where it applies to your role
  • Comfortable working online and writing clear session notes

Psychology Intern / Trainee

Structured, supervised exposure to real clinical work for students and recent graduates. This runs through our training programme.

Client Coordinator

Part-time · Non-clinical

The first person a new client speaks to — handling enquiries, scheduling and follow-ups with care and discretion.

Apply for this role

You'll need

  • Warm, unhurried written and spoken communication in English and Hindi or Punjabi
  • Organised with calendars, messages and records
  • Absolute discretion — you'll see who is booking sessions

What we look for, beyond the qualification.

  • You can say "I don't know" to a client without panicking.
  • You'd rather refer someone on than keep work that isn't yours to hold.
  • You take supervision as useful rather than as an inspection.
  • You write notes someone else could actually follow.
  • You treat confidentiality as absolute, not as a default setting.
Applying

How to apply.

No form and no portal. Send an email and a person reads it — usually within a week, and we reply either way.

  1. 01

    Send your CV

Attach it as a PDF, with the role you're interested in in the subject line.

  2. 02

    Tell us one thing

A short paragraph on the kind of work you want to do and why here. Not a cover letter — a paragraph.

  3. 03

    A conversation

If it looks like a fit, a call with the founder. For clinical roles, a case discussion follows.

Applications are read as they arrive and kept on file for six months. If we're not hiring for your role right now we'll say so plainly rather than leaving you waiting.
